Delivery & Returns


Your order will be shipped to anyway in the world from our workshop in Cork City. Items in stock will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. For items not in stock you will be contacted with an estimated shipping date and can cancel your order at this point if the date is not suitable.

Custom orders will take longer and we will advise you of the expected manufacture time before you make payment. All orders are sent via registered post and delivery times are dependent on the postal service. Times below are only for guidance and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Times:

  • Ireland: 1-2 business days
  • UK: 5-7 business days
  • Europe: 5-7 business days
  • USA: 7-10 business days
  • Australia: 10-12 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10-12 business days

An express courier service is available at an extra charge if you need something in a hurry. Please contact us after you have ordered to arrange this. 


All our pieces are carefully handmade using genuine precious metals. In the unlikely event that you want to return a piece or if you find a fault with a piece please note our return policy:

  1. Within 14 days of receiving your order please contact us saying you would like to return the piece or have it repaired
  2. We will email you the return address, simply pack up your piece and pop in the post
  3. If you request a refund it will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days of us receiving your return. Otherwise we will be in touch to arrange an exchange or repair

We cannot refund your shipping costs unless the piece is faulty. Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged for any reason and any item that is not returned within 14 business days after delivery is non-refundable.

Returns not accepted for broken chains damaged by excessive force.



All pieces are carefully polished upon completion before we gently place them into one of our beautifully designed jewellery boxes ready for shipping. We will also include a card with our contact details.


If you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours after you’ve placed it and we will be happy to cancel and refund your payment as long as it hasn’t been sent.

If your order has been shipped, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The shipping costs cannot be refunded in this case. It is not possible to change your order once it has been received. This includes changing the size, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method.
