Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
All our pieces are carefully handmade using genuine precious metals. In the unlikely event that you want to return a piece or if you find a fault with a piece please note our return policy:
- Within 14 days of receiving your order please contact us saying you would like to return the piece or have it repaired
- We will email you the return address, simply pack up your piece and pop in the post
- If you request a refund it will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days of us receiving your return. Otherwise we will be in touch to arrange an exchange or repair
We cannot refund your shipping costs unless the piece is faulty. Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged for any reason and any item that is not returned within 14 business days after delivery is non-refundable.
