Jewellery

  • Is all your jewellery really handmade?
    Yes, each jewellery piece is handmade in Cork, using quality materials and is totally unique. I take great pride in my work and am sure you will be 100% satisfied with your jewellery. I do not use casts for any pieces.

Ordering

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Paypal and Visa, MasterCard credit and debit cards. Payment is only debited from your card at time of shipping. We also accept cheque and direct Bank transfers. If paying by cheque, orders are shipped upon the cheque clearing in into our account.
  • Can I order a piece if I see that it is out of stock?
    Each piece is handcrafted and as such no two pieces will be alike. If you see that something is sold out or would like to order more than 1 piece, please get in touch.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    If you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours after you've placed it and we will be happy to cancel and refund your payment as long as it hasn’t been sent. If your order has been shipped, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The shipping costs cannot be refunded in this case. It is not possible to change your order once it has been received. This includes changing the size, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method.
  • How long does it take to process my order?
    Orders are usually shipped within 2 days of payment clearing if the item is available. Bespoke or made to order pieces will be crafted after the order is received and will be dispatched within 3 weeks. Shipping times will vary depending on country. The shipping cost will be detailed on the checkout page before you purchase.

Returns

  • Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
    All our pieces are carefully handmade using genuine precious metals. In the unlikely event that you want to return a piece or if you find a fault with a piece please note our return policy:
    1. Within 14 days of receiving your order please contact us saying you would like to return the piece or have it repaired
    2. We will email you the return address, simply pack up your piece and pop in the post
    3. If you request a refund it will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days of us receiving your return. Otherwise we will be in touch to arrange an exchange or repair
    We cannot refund your shipping costs unless the piece is faulty. Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged for any reason and any item that is not returned within 14 business days after delivery is non-refundable.
