Those beautiful rings were handcrafted for a lovely customer Fiona. She is a great fan of the king of rock’n’roll, Elvis Presley. She had trouble finding an off the shelf ring in the jewellers of Cork that would meet her expectations. She wanted to be feminine but in the style of ladies signet ring. She told me about her problem and the features of ring she was in search for.
I started with a Sterling silver ring encrusted with clear cubic zirconias. She was delighted with her new ring with a bit of sparkle. Few weeks later Fiona approached me about her idea for a second horseshoe ring but in a plain version, also made in Sterling silver. At this moment I’m working on a third ring for her, this time in 9 carat yellow gold with brilliant cut diamonds. Pictures of the last one are coming soon.
